What You Can Count On

Built for Gulf Risk, Not Just Gulf Language

Your Data Stays in the UAE

Hosted on Azure UAE North or Oracle UAE, with backup in a second UAE location. Contracts, search and AI all stay in the country.

Arabic Accuracy, Measured

We measure accuracy on your own contracts during the pilot and report it. A person approves every AI change. Onshore UAE courts work in Arabic, so the Arabic text has to be right.

Signatures That Hold

UAE Pass at qualified level for verified accounts, and Nafath in Saudi Arabia. Transactions that still need a notary are flagged, not signed.

Ready for New Rules

UAE e-invoicing (1 Jan 2027 for revenue of AED 50M or more), the 2025 DIFC data protection amendments, and UAE PDPL executive regulations when they are issued. Every rule update cites its source.

AI With Clear Licences

Open-weight models built in Abu Dhabi with commercial licences. Your contracts are never used to train any model.

No Lock-In

Export every contract, version, approval and signature, in Arabic and English, whenever you want.
